Two unique pieces to win

1. Organiser

GST Group, a micro-enterprise registered in France under SIREN number 991 586 447, whose contact details appear in the website's terms and conditions, hereinafter “the house”, organises a free contest, with no purchase required, entitled “Swiss Edition · Lucerne 2026”.

The contest runs from 10 October 2026 to 25 October 2026 at 8:00 pm, Paris time, on the burgundyparis.com website and on the Instagram account @_burgundyparis.

2. Entrants

The contest is open to any natural person of legal age on the date of entry and resident in one of the following countries or regions: European Union, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, United Arab Emirates, Mainland China, Hong Kong, South Korea, Japan, Singapore, India, Norway.

The contest has two independent parts, each associated with a prize. The same person may enter both parts, limited to one entry per part.

3. Website part: Rigi

To enter, simply create a Burgundy Paris customer account from the contest page, providing your first name, last name, email address and a password, then accept these rules and the website's terms and conditions.

People who already have a customer account can enter by logging in to their account, then accepting the rules from the contest page.

The entry is recorded on this same page, when the account is created or, for an existing account, when the rules are accepted. A confirmation email is then sent. Each email address corresponds to one entry form.

The account created for the contest remains an ordinary customer account, subject to the website's terms and conditions. It confers no particular advantage or priority outside the contest. It remains active after the prize draw and can be deleted at any time from the client area. Any deletion of the account before the draw results in the withdrawal of the corresponding entry.

Subscribing to the newsletter is optional and has no bearing on entry to the contest. It may be offered at the time of entry, by means of a box unticked by default, or in the confirmation email if the address concerned is not already subscribed.

In both cases, the subscription only becomes effective after confirmation by email. It is possible to unsubscribe at any time from each email received.

4. Instagram part: Pilatus

To enter, the following four conditions must be met before the contest closes:

  • Follow the Instagram account @_burgundyparis.
  • Like the post.
  • Tag two accounts in a comment under the contest Reel published by the house.
  • Share that Reel in a story, tagging @_burgundyparis.

All four conditions must be met for the entry to be valid. The entrant's Instagram account must be public or, if the profile is private, the story must be made accessible to @_burgundyparis so that the entry can be verified.

This contest is not organised, sponsored or managed by Instagram or Meta. Data shared on Instagram is processed by Meta in accordance with its own privacy policy.

5. Prizes

Website part — Rigi

Instagram part — Pilatus

An ÉCLAT Noir & Or bag from the Lucerne edition, made in Lucerne, Switzerland. This piece combines black leather with gold hardware, a hot-stamped mark and a stitching detail echoing the colours of the Swiss flag.

The bag comes with its adjustable shoulder strap, a storage cover and a certificate of authenticity.

Indicative commercial value: €3,500.

Each prize is shipped to the address provided by the winner, located in one of the countries or regions mentioned in article 2. Shipping costs are borne by the house. Any customs duties, import taxes and other charges imposed by the authorities of the destination country remain the responsibility of the winner.

Prizes cannot be exchanged, transferred to a third party, or converted into cash or credit.

6. Prize draw

A separate prize draw is held for each of the two parts on 25 October 2026 at 8:00 pm, Paris time, after entries close. Each draw selects a winner and a runner-up, who is called upon to receive the prize if the original winner ultimately cannot benefit from it.

For the website part, the chances of winning depend on the entry rank:

  • From the 1st to the 500th entry: five times more chances of being drawn.
  • From the 501st to the 1,500th entry: three times more chances.
  • From the 1,501st to the 3,000th entry: two times more chances.
  • From the 3,001st entry onwards: normal chances.

The rank is determined when the entry is recorded. For a new customer, it corresponds to the creation of the account; for a customer who already has an account, it corresponds to the acceptance of the rules on the contest page. Once assigned, this rank remains unchanged, even if other entries are subsequently withdrawn.

For the Instagram part, each valid entry has the same chance of being drawn.

7. Winners

Winners are contacted within seven days of the prize draw. For the website part, the notification is sent to the email address associated with the entry. For the Instagram part, it is sent by private message on Instagram.

Each winner has ten days from the notification to confirm that they accept the prize and provide a delivery address. If there is no reply within this period, or if the winner cannot be contacted, the prize is offered to the runner-up of the relevant part.

The prize is shipped within thirty days of confirmation of the delivery address.

By entering this contest, the winner agrees that the house Burgundy Paris may announce their first name and the initial of their last name on its website and Instagram account.

8. Personal data

As part of the website part, the data collected — first name, last name, email address, password stored in encrypted form, estimated country, date of entry and information relating to acceptance of the rules — is used to create the customer account, record the entry, organise the prize draw, contact the winner and hand over the prize.

The data used to link entries to the draw result is kept for three months after the contest closes, then deleted.

The customer account created to enter and any newsletter subscription remain subject to their own retention rules. They are therefore not deleted at the end of this period.

The detailed terms of data processing and the rights available to entrants are set out in the website's privacy policy, in section 13.

To exercise your rights of access, rectification or deletion, you can write to conformite@burgundyparis.com.

9. Reservations

Any incomplete, fraudulent or multiple entry may be disqualified, in particular in the case of fake accounts being created or several email addresses being used by the same person to multiply their chances of winning.

The house reserves the right to suspend, postpone or cancel the contest in the event of force majeure, fraud or a technical malfunction beyond its control, without its liability being engaged in this respect.

It cannot be held liable for interruptions or failures of the network, the website or Instagram services that may affect participation in the contest.

10. Acceptance of the rules

Entering the contest implies full and complete acceptance of these rules, which are available on this page for the whole duration of the contest.

The rules are governed by French law.

For any question relating to the contest, you can write to contact@burgundyparis.com.
